When you connect optional integrations (such as Dotloop, Twilio, or other services), your data is shared with those services only as necessary to provide the requested functionality, and subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/SSL
• Database access is controlled through Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring each brokerage can only access its own data
• Authentication tokens are securely managed and expire automatically
• Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our infrastructure

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Export your data (contacts, transactions, and related records)
• Delete your account and associated data
